The business was established by Amanda Hubbard - Telstra Business Woman Nominee 2013

Amanda is a solution focused Career Management Professional committed to assisting individuals to identify and harness their natural strengths and talents, and to optimise their potential.  She brings insights from her experience in several industries and in a variety of roles including recruitment, sales and operations management.  

Amanda’s hands on experience in managing a business unit closure provides her with a strong understanding of the challenges involved in changing career, the need for strategic planning to ensure a smooth and successful transition and real empathy for those involved in the change.
 
Having worked across a variety of sectors including private, public and not for profit.  Amanda is well qualified in areas of Coaching, Counselling, is MBTI accredited and has completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. 

Through her extensive corporate experience Amanda brings strong relationship skills, has the proven ability to work at all levels within an organisation and a track record for engaging and developing others.

Amanda has been nominated for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award which will be judged later this year (2013).  This is a significant achievement for Amanda who has been a coaching and mentoring individuals for more than a decade.
     
Amanda is a member of the Career Development Association of Australia.
