Individual Outplacement

Individual outplacement is a personal and tailored support for those employees who you want to provide individual help.

Through a mixture of face-to-face meetings, email and telephone support, we will work together to determine the individual's career aims, identify strengths, build a strong resume and create a plan of action. Candidates will be advised on their approach to the market, networking and recruiter contacts, and advised on alternative career approaches such as consulting and new business start-up.

                                              We know that each individual we work with is unique and we take a flexible, personal approach to this support.

                                              Candidates will be provided with resources, advice and information to provide practical support.

Off-Site Outplacement

There may be times when you need to provide outplacement support for people in regional areas, where 1:1 support is not appropriate, and where numbers and locations do not support setting up a Group programme.

Excel can help, and will provide a personal and valuable service to each of the individuals affected. We will establish contact by skype, telephone and email for each individual through a pre-planned series aimed at working with candidate's specific needs.
